These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tq77 ("tq77", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tq77 website located at https://tq77.io, including all related services, features, content, games, sports betting markets, and payment facilities (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

To register an account on the tq77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during the period in which your account remains active:

Players may be asked to provide government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Upon successful registration, tq77 will create a single player account linked to your registered email address or mobile number. This account provides access to the full range of tq77 Platform services, including the sports betting section, live casino, slots, and card games.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other login credentials associated with your tq77 account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account. tq77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify tq77 immediately by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. tq77 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.

Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. tq77 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Prior to the application of any such fee, tq77 will attempt to notify the account holder using the contact details on record. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 months may be closed at tq77's discretion.

Account Closure. You may request the closure of your tq77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of applicable KYC checks and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.

tq77 supports a comprehensive range of payment methods designed to serve the needs of players across Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. tq77 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by tq77, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tq77 wallet within 30 to 60 seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are generally credited within a few minutes during standard banking hours, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed on a continuous basis, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in your name.
• tq77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in another person's name, or anonymous payment methods.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money funds and bonus funds that have satisfied wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
• tq77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in processing delays of up to 48 hours in exceptional cases.

Currency. All transactions on the tq77 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). tq77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required when using international payment methods (such as Visa or Mastercard) will be performed at the rate applied by the relevant card network or payment processor, and tq77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees charged by third parties.

tq77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of offer.

Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by tq77 are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Generally, sports bets contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, card games, and table games may contribute a lower percentage — this will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must meet a minimum odds requirement (where applicable) to qualify as wagering contributions. Bets on markets with odds below the stated minimum will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds are exhausted. When your real-money balance reaches zero, bonus funds are applied automatically.
• Any bonus funds, free spins, or associated winnings that remain in your account at the expiry of the promotion period will be forfeited automatically.

Bonus Abuse. tq77 actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, the use of automated software to satisfy wagering requirements, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay, and collusion with other players. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and may be subject to permanent suspension.

Players may only claim a welcome bonus once, regardless of the number of accounts registered or devices used. tq77 uses device fingerprinting, IP address monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to identify and prevent multiple bonus claims from the same individual.

All betting and gaming activity on the tq77 Platform is governed by the general rules set out in these Terms, together with the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail for the relevant game or market only.

Sports Betting. tq77 offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting across a range of sports, with cricket receiving the most comprehensive coverage. Markets are available for the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, and other domestic and international cricket fixtures. Additional sports markets including football, kabaddi, and hockey are available where applicable.

• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed and confirmed are the odds that will apply to that bet.
• tq77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and data feed availability. tq77 is not responsible for in-play betting opportunities that are unavailable due to technical limitations of third-party data providers.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are published in the relevant betting market pages and may be updated periodically.

Casino Games. All casino games available on the tq77 Platform — including live dealer games, slots, and card games — are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is subject to the rules of the game provider as displayed within the game interface. tq77 does not modify game rules or return-to-player (RTP) percentages set by the game provider.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tq77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and Deception: Any attempt to deceive tq77 or other players, including through the provision of false personal information, the use of stolen payment methods, or the misrepresentation of identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, card games, or any game with a competitive multiplayer element.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other artificial intelligence tool to place bets or play games on the Platform without human intervention.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or display malfunctions to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been available under correct operation of the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the tq77 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise facilitate money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your tq77 account, or operating a tq77 account on behalf of a third party.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or for any other reason.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access for any person under 21 years of age.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tq77 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from tq77.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website without tq77's express written consent.
• Use the tq77 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or that implies endorsement of any third-party product or service.

Game content provided by third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider and is subject to the provider's own intellectual property terms. tq77 does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property and computer misuse legislation.

tq77 is not responsible for any losses arising from:

• Interruptions to the Platform caused by internet connectivity issues, power outages, or other circumstances beyond tq77's reasonable control.
• Delays or failures in the transmission of bets or game instructions due to network latency or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Changes in law or regulatory status that affect your ability to access or use the Platform in your jurisdiction.
• Decisions made by payment service providers, including the rejection, delay, or reversal of transactions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tq77's liability for death or personal injury caused by tq77's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
